• Members: extension list.
• No-answer action: voicemail, IVR, or hangup.

Pickup Groups

Allow members to answer each other’s ringing calls (feature code *8 or device key).

Speed Dials

Short codes that dial external numbers or internal destinations.

PINs

Route-level PIN codes to protect outbound dialing or special features.
